Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Plan2Build, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Plan2Build provides interior design services including consultation, design development, project management, and execution. The specific scope of services for your project will be detailed in a separate agreement or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project requirements
• Make timely decisions and provide feedback when requested
• Ensure site access for our team and contractors
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals where required

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or agreement. Generally, we follow a milestone-based payment structure. Late payments may result in project delays and additional charges as specified in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and documentation created by Plan2Build remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the designs for the specified project only. We reserve the right to use project photographs for our portfolio and marketing purposes.

Changes and Revisions

Design revisions within the scope of your package are included. Changes requested after design approval or during execution may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and documented before proceeding.

Warranties and Liability

We provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship for installations done by our team. Material warranties are as per manufacturer terms. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided and does not cover consequential damages.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon cancellation, payment for work completed and committed materials will be due. Design fees paid are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion first, then mediation if necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
