This tech startup needed a space that would attract top talent, enable agile collaboration, and reflect their innovative brand identity. The resulting design balances open collaboration zones with private focus areas.

The central atrium features a dramatic green wall and floating meeting pods, creating a striking first impression for visitors and employees alike. The open workspace is organized in neighborhoods of 8-12 people, each with access to informal meeting points.

Acoustic engineering was crucial—we used a combination of ceiling clouds, acoustic panels, and strategic layout to manage noise levels in the open plan. Multiple phone booths and small meeting rooms provide escape when deep focus is needed.
