This T. Nagar apartment was transformed from a dated, compartmentalized layout into a flowing contemporary home that perfectly suits a young professional couple.

The key challenge was creating openness within the existing structure while maintaining privacy for the home office and guest room. We achieved this through strategic glass partitions, sliding doors, and a cohesive material palette that unifies the space.

The living area features a custom entertainment unit in natural oak that extends into the dining space, creating visual continuity. The kitchen was completely redesigned with a breakfast bar that opens to the living room, enabling seamless entertaining.

Smart home integration was a priority—automated lighting, climate control, and motorized blinds are all controllable via app. The result is a home that's as intelligent as it is beautiful.
